Deborah D. Williamson, San Antonio-based member in Dykema’s Bankruptcy Practice Group and an American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) commissioner, was quoted in the Houston Chronicle story, “Bankruptcies Hit Oilfield Services Hardest Now,” about the growing number of insolvencies among  petroleum support businesses as a result of the oil bust.

In the article, which also appeared in the San Antonio Express News, Williamson points out that smaller companies and boom-time startups have been especially vulnerable to liquidation.
