With over 25 years of litigation experience, Snyder's practice focuses on complex business and intellectual property litigation in state and federal courts. He has represented a wide variety of clients in retail, manufacturing, real estate development, outdoor advertising, media, technology, internet, medical devices, consumer financial services, banking, insurance, construction, and service industries. Snyder has extensive experience in defending class actions including cases brought under consumer and unfair competition statutes, wage and hour laws, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Real Estate Settlement Practices Act, and Truth in Lending Act.

A resident of Manhattan Beach, California, Mr. Snyder received a B.A., cum laude, and a J.D. from the University of Southern California.
