January 14, 2010

Dykema, a leading national law firm, announces that Kevin M. Zielke has been appointed Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Pharmaceutical Litigation practice group.

In his work for pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, Zielke combines a thorough understanding of the medical and scientific issues with his exceptional legal judgment to develop proactive and creative steps to anticipate, avoid and minimize the potential impact of litigation. Should litigation ensue, these skills allow Zielke to provide clients with the best factual and scientific defense. This experience has put him at that critical point where the science, the facts, the regulatory environment and the company conduct intersect and the interplay of these elements must be carefully considered in formulating the most effective strategy.

A resident of Grosse Pointe Park, Zielke received a B.S. from Central Michigan University and a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan.
