Bryan Anderson Rejoins Dykema

Dykema, a leading national law firm, announces that Bryan J. Anderson has rejoined the firm as an associate in its Detroit office. Mr. Anderson’s practice focuses on general litigation matters, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical and medical device matters. He has broad experience in many types of products liability, commercial, and appellate matters, including class action litigation. Mr. Anderson provides counsel for a number of Dykema’s Fortune 500 clients.

His legal representation on high-stakes pharmaceutical products liability defense cases includes identifying and retaining expert witnesses in various medical specialties to serve as defense experts for mass tort litigation. Mr. Anderson’s defense of consumer lenders includes mortgage fraud litigation and claims under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act and the Truth in Lending Act. He is also an experienced commercial litigator, defending against business torts and handling disputes relating to intellectual property, trade secrets and contracts.

A resident of Birmingham, Mr. Anderson received a B.J., summa cum laude and Kappa Tau Alpha, from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Wayne State University.
