Commercial Litigator Cory L. Webster Joins Dykema’s Los Angeles Office

Dykema, a leading national law firm, today announced the addition of Cory L. Webster as a Senior Counsel in the firm’s Los Angeles office, where he will be a member of the firm’s nationwide appellate practice. Webster comes to Dykema after serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Consuelo M. Callahan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Before his appellate clerkship, Webster worked in private practice, most recently at Enterprise Counsel Group in Irvine, Calif. He also served as a Judicial Law Clerk with the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Webster has written several articles on appellate advocacy and other topics.

Webster represents clients in complex federal and state court commercial litigation, with a focus on appeals and key trial court motions. He has prepared numerous appellate briefs in the California Court of Appeal, California Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit, as well as post-trial motions and appellate letter briefs.

Webster received a J.D., magna cum laude, from the Pepperdine University School of Law and a B.S. in Psychology with a Minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
