Dykema Adds Veteran Business Litigator in Dallas

Dykema, a leading national law firm, today announced the addition of Matthew D. Rinaldi to its Business and Commercial Litigation practice as senior counsel in the firm’s Dallas office. Prior to joining Dykema, Rinaldi practiced in the Dallas offices of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP and Hughes & Luce, which later merged with K&L Gates LLP.

Rinaldi is an experienced litigator in complex commercial litigation and appellate matters. He focuses his practice on representing businesses in a broad range of areas, including contractual disputes, securities class action lawsuits, director and officer liability, construction, election law, antitrust, insurance coverage and intellectual property litigation.

Rinaldi has tried cases in federal, state and appellate courts, and has represented and counseled a broad spectrum of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, Big Four accounting firms, and insurance companies as well as small businesses and individuals.

Rinaldi received a B.B.A. in economics from James Madison University, cum laude, and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude.
