DETROIT—Dykema, one of the top 150 national law firms according to American Lawyer, announced the election of four attorneys to membership. Dykema has offices in California, Illinois, Michigan, Texas and Washington, D.C.

Joseph A. Doerr, a member of Dykema's Business and Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Bloomfield Hills, Mich. office, focuses on commercial litigation with particular emphasis on complex contract disputes, consumer financial services litigation, and real estate and construction matters. He handles commercial transactions and contracts; general consumer finance, including suits arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act and Michigan Consumer Protection Act; construction; leases and landlord-tenant disputes; and fraud and business torts.

Tamara A. Husbands is a member in the Los Angeles office and general litigator whose practice focuses on insurance coverage, intellectual property matters and product liability. She litigates in federal and state courts across the country, both at the trial and appellate levels. Her experience includes intellectual property litigation in the fields of computers and computer peripherals, and consumer goods; product liability defense on behalf of manufacturers, distributors and designers of automobiles, trailers, forklifts and other consumer products; and defense of insurers against bad faith claims.

Renee Zipprich is a member in the Chicago office whose practice focuses on commercial litigation matters with a primary emphasis on complex consumer class action litigation, intellectual property, and antitrust and trade regulation. Her experience includes defeating federal antitrust actions alleging violations of the Sherman Act; defense of banks, mortgage companies, and retailers in nationwide class actions alleging violations of TILA, FCRA, RESPA, FDCPA, and other consumer credit statutes; and securing winning jury verdicts in several patent and trademark cases.

Daniel J. Zollner, is a member in the Chicago office, whose practice focuses on commercial, insurance, and ERISA litigation. He handles insurance related litigation involving first and third-party insurance policies, self-insured plans, third party administrators, bad faith claims, class actions, professional liability claims, and the residual market. He also handles administrative hearings before state agencies on licensing and regulatory issues. With respect to ERISA matters, he handles employee benefit and stop loss litigation and administrative hearings, and advises on plan provisions, and issues relating to third-party administrators, employee benefits and stop loss coverage.
