Experienced Corporate Finance Attorney, Eric L. White, Joins Dykema's Dallas Office

Dykema, a leading national law firm, today announced the addition of Eric L. White to its Corporate Finance practice as senior counsel in the firm’s Dallas office. Prior to joining Dykema, White practiced in the Dallas offices of Patton Boggs, LLP.

White focuses his practice on business transactions in the areas of domestic and international finance, including asset based lending, cash flow lending, equipment finance and leasing, bridge financings, Islamic finance (Shariah compliant finance), derivatives and other financial service areas, as well as the formation of private debt and equity investment funds. He has represented numerous financial institutions in connection with Leveraged Finance and Structured Finance deals.

White received a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
