“Jonathan’s deep background in the white-collar space coupled with his leadership ability and the respect his peers hold for him makes him a great fit for this role,” said Peter Kellett, Chairman and CEO of Dykema. “The White-Collar Criminal Defense & Government Investigations Team is filled with vast talent, and Jonathan’s sharp and perceptive character is an ideal fit to lead this group.”

Feld has been involved in many criminal cases, both as a defense attorney and as a prosecutor. “Last year we witnessed federal, state governments and regulatory agencies ramp up their efforts and scrutinize businesses much more—a trend we don’t expect to slow down anytime soon,” Feld said. “Our clients are increasingly looking to us for guidance in this challenging environment, and I look forward to leading our team in providing the best possible service we can.”
