DETROIT—Dykema Gossett PLLC announced today the addition of associate Lindsey Wilson to the Firm’s Business and Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Bloomfield Hills. Prior to joining Dykema, Wilson was an associate in the Antitrust Group at the law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C., in Washington, D.C.

Wilson focuses his practice in the areas of antitrust regulation, including Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) compliance, foreign regulatory and merger notification processes, antitrust counseling and litigation, and agency investigations. He is experienced in subpoena, Second Request and Civil Investigative Demand compliance. Beyond his experience in private practice, Wilson has served as a trial attorney for the United States Department of Justice in the Antitrust Division, where he investigated and reviewed mergers and business conduct in various finance, software, technology and telecommunications markets. Wilson also has experience working as a Special Assistant United States Attorney, prosecuting federal felonies and misdemeanors in the Eastern District of Virginia. At Dykema, Wilson will continue to focus his practice in business and commercial litigation.

Wilson earned his bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Michigan and went on to earn his J.D. from the Michigan State University College of Law in 2002. While in law school, he was a member of the Law Review and was the Executive Director of the Moot Court Board. Wilson was also the Brief Writer for the school’s Fordham Securities Law Competition team.
