Rochelle L. Smith
Associate
Rochelle has a diverse practice and focuses on providing the best service to her clients through all phases of litigation in both federal and state court proceedings. She has represented automotive manufacturers in product liability cases as well as consumer warranty cases. Rochelle’s prior experience includes representing financial institutions in consumer litigation involving consumer protection statutes and defending medical device companies against medical malpractice claims.
Rochelle received her B.A. from Howard University, where she was a member of the Walter C. Annenberg Honors Program as well as the Swimming and Diving team, and earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While in law school, Rochelle served on the board of the Black Law Students Association and Street Law.
