Dylan S. Robinson
Associate
Dylan Robinson is an associate in Dykema’s Corporate Finance practice group and is based in the firm’s Chicago office. Dylan has experience representing clients in corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending and commercial contracting matters.
Dylan also has experience representing financial institutions in complex credit transactions, including deals in the private equity area. These transactions include general partner master program facilities and various custom loans designed to meet the needs of the private equity funds and their principals.
Dylan has experience with drafting, revising and negotiation a variety of commercial contracts, including data processing agreement, master supply agreements, and master purchase agreements, SaaS agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
