Neyma E. Figueroa
Member
Neyma Figueroa practices commercial litigation in Dykema’s San Antonio, Texas office. Her practice focuses primarily on class action litigation, first-party insurance defense and coverage matters, and business tort and contract disputes.
Neyma graduated with honors from Baylor University School of Law, where she represented Baylor at various moot court and mock trial competitions across the country, was selected as a Top Five Speaker, and was awarded the Order of Barrister. Her experience includes a summer clerkship with the Honorable Judge Bobby Baldock of the U.S. Tenth Court of Appeals, whom she still credits with her writing skills. Neyma’s intuition in the court room and written advocacy skill have helped her achieve many successful outcomes.
