Healthcare Reform: Where Do Employers Go From Here?, El Paso Employee Benefits Seminar

September 20, 2012

Please join the El Paso office of Cox Smith and their Employee Benefits Partners as they discuss healthcare reform. This seminar will address the recent Supreme Court decision upholding the individual mandate of the Affordable Care Act and then turn to the matter at hand: the future of employer-sponsored health plans. Discussion will center on a step-by-step approach to compliance, including the implications of “minimum essential coverage” versus the state exchanges, and what employers should keep in mind when deciding to “pay or play” in 2014 and beyond.
