Plastic and Single-Use Legislation and Litigation, American Bar Association 10th Annual Food, Beverage, and Supplements Virtual Regional CLE Program

David Graham, Minneapolis-based Senior Counsel in Dykema’s Products and Professional Liability Practice Group and Leader of the firm’s Food & Beverage Industry Group, will serve as moderator of a session for the American Bar Association’s 10^th Annual Food, Beverage, and Supplements Virtual Regional CLE Program on May 25, 2021.

Graham’s session, “Plastic and Single-Use Legislation and Litigation,” will discuss the latest developments on legislative efforts to limit the use of plastic and single-use packaging as well as litigation around claims of recyclability in plastic food packaging.
