Session Five
Tuesday, May 17, 2016
1:00 pm - 2:00pm EST

Recalls, government investigations, customer complaints on the internet and a variety of other things can be the trigger for a product-based or consumer fraud class action. Learn more about potential triggers, how the courts have addressed the issue of what counts for purposes of demonstrating “knowledge” of a problem that may require disclosure to consumers, and how to avoid or (if that is not possible) anticipate, prepare for and defend class action litigation.
