New PVC Regulations and the Implications on Customer/Supplier Pricing, Motor Vehicle Metals and Resins Conference
Dykema lawyer and Leader of the Firm's Environmental Practice Group, Grant Gilezan, will speak at the 2012 Motor Vehicle Metals & Resins Conference. The event, which is co-sponsored by Dykema, takes place on May 17, 2012 at the Hilton Doubletree Dearborn. Gilezan's session, New PVC Regulations and the Implications on Customer/Supplier Pricing is scheduled to run from 1:10 p.m. to 1:50 p.m. (Eastern). Co-presenting with Gilezan is Sube Vel, a project manager with Conestoga-Rovers & Associates, Inc. The session will provide an overview of the EPA’s new air emission regulations for PVC production facilities and the impacts on capital investment, operating costs, and customer/supplier pricing. Attendees will also learn about the industry's best management practices for preparing for and implementing the new air emission requirements.
