Derek S. Whitefield, Los Angeles-based member in Dykema’s Litigation Department whose practice focuses on the defense of automotive product liability cases, wrote a bylined article—“Automobile Data Recording Is Not An Invasion Of Privacy”—that appears in the June 19, 2014 issue of Law360. The article was co-authored by Dykema attorney Dmitriy Kopelevich and summer associate Isabella Hsu.
