Trademark Licences Survive Bankruptcy

Aaron M. Kaufman, Dallas-based Member in Dykema’s Bankruptcy Practice Group, authored an article for Intellectual Property Magazine titled, “Trademark licenses survive bankruptcy.” In the article, Kaufman provides current standings and insight in the ruling rendered by SCOTUS in the Mission Product Holdings Inc. v. Tempnology, LLC case.

In his commentary, Kaufman highlights that the ruling represents SCOTUS' most recent decision to address the intersection of IP and bankruptcy law.
