David B. West, San Antonio-based member, in Dykema’s Financial Services Litigation Practice Group, authored the Texas Lawyer article, “Church and State: Determining Ownership of Church Property After Schism.”

In the article, West discussed The Episcopal Diocese of Fort Worth v. The Episcopal Church matter before the Texas Supreme Court, wherein the Court adopted the neutral principals of law standard in deciding the case.
