James S. Azadian, Los Angeles-based member in Dykema’s Commercial Litigation and Appellate Practice Groups, authored an article for The Daily Journal titled “Looking back at the Supreme Court’s October 2019 term.”

In the article, which is Part 2 of a two-part series touching on one of the most politically volatile SCOTUS terms in recent memory, Azadian reviewed the remainder of the court's major decisions—those affecting intellectual property/state sovereign immunity, religious liberty, and the separation of powers/supremacy clause.
