Michael Dorfman and Steven Zeller, Chicago-based Members in Dykema’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, co-authored the IPWatchdog article, “How the 2020 Coronavirus Pandemic Changed IP Practice.”

The article outlines some of the changes implemented by law firms and courts during the pandemic and discusses the likelihood of a new normal resulting from some of the implementations; such as remote proceedings and remote working, both of which result in both time and cost savings.
