“The Do’s and Don’ts of Conducting an Internal Investigation”

William “Butch” F. Hulse IV, San Antonio-based member of Dykema’s Litigation Department and Government Investigations and Corporate Compliance team, has authored “The Do’s and Don’ts of Conducting an Internal Investigation,” which was published in the Association of Corporate Counsel South Central Texas FOCUS newsletter.

Hulse delineates seven steps to ensure a thorough in-house inquiry, stressing that a fair investigation will restore employee morale and the company’s reputation, and may forestall governmental scrutiny.
