The Past, Present and Future of the DSO

Brian A. Colao, Dallas-based member and Director of Dykema’s Dental Service Organizations (DSO) Industry Group, and Meredith S. Tavallaee, attorney in the Dallas office and member of the DSO Industry Group, co-authored the article, “The Past, Present and Future of the DSO,” recently published in North Texas Dentistry. 

The article studies the generational evolution of DSOs into their present form, which offers a variety of “streamlined and efficient regulatory compliant” models, well-suited to continue the progressive trend towards consolidating solo practices into DSOs.
