U.S. Supreme Court Decision on the Affordable Care Act

The U.S. Supreme Court has issued its decision on the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). In short, the ACA is upheld in material part, including the individual mandate, but with a narrow reading of certain rights of the federal government with respect to State Medicaid programs.
