Affordable Housing

More than 60 years ago, our affordable housing team closed the very first HUD-insured loan in the United States. That groundbreaking success laid the foundation for decades of experience advising lenders, developers, and public entities on affordable housing and community development projects across the country. Today, we leverage that history of achievement to offer unique value for our clients.
