Michigan Lawyers Weekly began its “Go To” program to honor leading lawyers in a particular field of law, with the 2023 summer section focused on commercial real estate. According to the publication, those selected are:

Fishkind serves as the Office Managing Member of the firm’s Bloomfield Hills office and is a co-team leader of the firm’s Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities Special Servicer group. He is a trusted advisor for all parties involved in real estate-based transactions including investors, lenders, developers, owners, and operators. Fishkind is known for his ability to coordinate and close complex transactions and for his steady hand in navigating transaction hurdles.
