Jen Beidel was quoted in the Corporate Compliance Insights article, "AI Is the Wild West, but Not for the Reasons You Think." In the article, Beidel highlights that Many regulators are announcing that companies will be held accountable for any misuse of their AI, even if that AI was designed by a vendor. She goes on to point out that companies should be wary of blanket statements from vendors about lack of bias or illegality in their AI that seem too good to be true and should seek strong indemnification language in AI contracts.
