Asel Lindsey Recognized as Outstanding Newcomer by the State Bar of Texas Tax Section

Asel Lindsey was recognized by the State Bar of Texas as an “Outstanding Newcomer to the Tax Section,” for her service in presenting several CLEs throughout the year.

Lindsey joined the Tax Section of the Texas Bar and the International Tax Committee of the Texas Bar, where she regularly participates and presents CLE programs. In her practice, Lindsey specializes in federal tax, international tax, state and local tax and tax controversy matters, with a focus on transactional practice including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. She advises on a broad range of tax matters involving flow-through entities, including partnerships, limited liability companies and S corporations.
