Boldrey and Fraser to Speak at 7th Annual Cannabis Law Conference

Lance Boldrey and John Fraser will each serve as featured presenters at the 7^thAnnual Cannabis Law Conference, presented by the Cannabis Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan and the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. The conference takes place from September 29 - October 1, 2022, in Acme, Michigan.

Boldrey’s session, “How to Stay Out of Regulatory Jail,” will answer common CRA compliance questions and cover how to ensure compliance with the requirements of other state agencies. He will share best practices for consulting CRA and navigating enforcement actions.

Fraser’s session, “So You Want to Be a Cannabis Lawyer,” will cover the fundamentals of advising cannabis businesses and preparing and filing license applications. He will discuss the legal and ethical challenges of advising cannabis businesses in light of federal illegality.
