Dan Stern will serve as a featured presenter at the San Antonio Manufacturers Association 17th Annual Employment Law Seminar, which takes place on Feb. 24, 2022, at the CPS Energy Management Training Center.

Stern’s presentation, “Curse of the COVID: Dealing with vaccines, testing, accommodations as well as OSHA and CDC ever changing guidelines,” will:

• review the status and content of current vaccine mandates and/or prohibitions
• discuss processing and determining reasonable accommodations, and
• cover whether or not remote work will be the standard in the future.
