Dykema Crosses Borders and Practices to Secure $30M+ Acquisition for Managed Network Systems, Inc.

Dykema proudly congratulates Zhone Technologies, Inc., on its successful acquisition of key assets from DZS Inc. through a Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas. The cross-border transaction involved contracts, assets,, and operations spanning the United States, Canada, Australia, India, Korea and other global markets. The acquisition positions Zhone for exciting growth and continued innovation in the telecommunications space.

Dykema served as U.S. counsel to Zhone Technologies, Inc., with a multidisciplinary team supporting the transaction across restructuring, corporate governance, cross-border intellectual property diligence, and employment matters.
