Dykema Represents Cookies-n-Milk, LLC in Transaction Positioning Company for Expansion

Dykema, a leading national law firm, represented Cookies-n-Milk, LLC, a leading bakery and frozen dessert manufacturer based in McKinney, Texas, in its acquisition by JTM Corp., a portfolio company of Tenex Capital Management. The Dykema team was led by Patrick Ryan and Dean Gould in the transaction.

Founded in 1993, Cookies-n-Milk has historically produced fully baked cookies and other baked goods and more recently has become a leader in the edible cookie dough market. With products already sold across the nation a variety of distribution channels and outlets (such as convenience, grocery, food service, and fast-casual restaurants), the new combination provides Cookies-n-Milk with critical support through its next phase of growth.
