Dean works closely with clients to structure and execute transactions that address the unique operational, regulatory, and business considerations of the healthcare industry, including compliant physician practice management and other healthcare business structures. He also advises clients in other highly regulated industries where complex corporate transactions require an understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry-specific considerations.
