Dykema’s Chicago Office Adds Bankruptcy Attorney Rosanne Ciambrone

Dykema, a leading national law firm, today announced that Rosanne Ciambrone has joined as a Member in the firm’s Bankruptcy Practice Group, resident in Chicago. Ciambrone comes to Dykema after practicing at Duane Morris LLP for more than 23 years.
Ciambrone’s arrival at Dykema marks the fifth bankruptcy attorney to join the firm in the past seven months. Others who have recently joined the firm include Michael Durrschmidt, William Hotze, Kim Lewinski, and Dominique Douglas.
Ciambrone’s practice focuses on business reorganization, financial restructuring, bankruptcy law, and commercial litigation. She represents both borrowers and lenders in all facets of bankruptcy as well as in out-of-court restructurings. Ciambrone has represented financial institutions, insurance companies, indenture trustees, other creditors, and borrowers in bankruptcy cases, debt restructurings, and secured transactions. Her diverse practice includes extensive commercial litigation.
Ciambrone is a member of the International Women's Insolvency Restructuring Confederation, the National Association of Women Lawyers, and the American Bar Association.

Ciambrone earned a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
