Dykema, a leading national law firm, today announced that Todd E. Wallace has joined the firm’s Chicago office as Senior Counsel in its Taxation and Estate Planning Practice Group. He comes to Dykema after serving as Director of Huck Bouma PC. Prior to that, he practiced as the Owner and Founder of Wallace Law Group, LLC.
In his practice, Wallace guides clients through the estate administration process with a steady, client-focused approach that keeps administration efficient, compliant, and aligned with the decedent’s estate planning intentions. With extensive experience in estate planning, real estate, and closely held business matters, he advises individuals, families, and business owners on a broad range of issues, including estate planning strategies, real estate transactions, zoning matters, contracts, and general business law.
Wallace brings deep practical experience to his practice. He has served as a trust officer for several financial institutions, bringing significant hands-on experience in commercial real estate development and zoning. This background enables him to deliver solutions that streamline the process, making it easier for clients to move forward with confidence.

Wallace earned a J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology and a B.S. from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
