Todd Eric Wallace
Senior Counsel
Todd guides families through the estate administration process with a steady, client-focused approach that keeps administration efficient, compliant, and aligned with the decedent’s estate planning intentions. With extensive experience in estate planning, real estate, and closely held business matters, he advises individuals, families, and business owners on a broad range of issues, including estate planning strategies, real estate transactions, zoning matters, contracts, and general business law.
Todd brings deep practical experience to his practice. He has served as a trust officer for several financial institutions and has significant hands-on experience in commercial real estate development and zoning. This background enables him to deliver solutions that streamline the process, making it easier for clients to move forward with confidence.
In addition to his legal practice, Todd remains deeply engaged in his community. He served for 15 years as Chairman of the St. Charles Plan Commission and for 10 years as a St. Charles Township Trustee, and he currently represents portions of St. Charles and Geneva as a Member of the Kane County Board.
