Carey, Bush, and Jackson To Serve as Featured Presenters at ABA’s 2026 Motor Vehicle Product Liability Conference

Mike Carey, Tamara Bush, and Lyndsey Jackson will serve as featured presenters at the American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section’s (ABA TIPS) 2026 Motor Vehicle Product Liability Conference, taking place April 15–17 in Scottsdale, Arizona. On Thursday, April 16, Jackson will present “Battery Pack Removal and Teardowns in HEV/BEV Fire Investigations.” This session will cover the dismantling and removal of high-voltage battery packs following fire events, including on-site assessment, handling and transportation, lab-based teardown, and storage considerations.
