Lyndsey D. Jackson
Associate
Lyndsey is an attorney in Dykema’s Minneapolis office. She focuses her practice on defending manufacturers and corporate entities in complex product liability, general liability, and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. Having served as general counsel on a client’s in-house legal team, Lyndsey understands the importance of evaluating each case individually and early on, and works closely with each client to determine the best course of action to achieve the most favorable resolution.
Lyndsey has significant experience litigating high-exposure product liability and negligence claims, having seen cases through trial in both state and federal courts. She provides her clients with effective and efficient representation and strives to exceed client expectations. In addition to conducting extensive legal research, Lyndsey consistently drafts detailed case evaluations, responsive pleadings, written discovery, and dispositive motions. She has successfully resolved numerous matters through dispositive law and motion practice, and obtained many favorable resolutions through negotiated settlements.
