Jim Brandell Named A 2023 Top Lobbyist by The Hill

Dykema, a leading national law firm, is proud to announce that Jim Brandell, Ph.D., was named a 2023 "Top Lobbyist" by The Hill. 

According to The Hill, the "Top Lobbyist" honorees are impactful advocates who stand out for the results they’ve delivered for their clients, companies, trade associations, and advocacy groups in the nation’s capital. 

Brandell serves as the head of Dykema’s federal government relations team. With more than 20 years of government relations work at the state, federal, and international levels, he has extensive experience crafting and implementing legislative and political strategy. Brandell, who has strong professional relationships across both parties, helps clients advance important issues through the legislative process.

Prior to his time with Dykema, Brandell served as Chief of Staff to Ways and Means Chairman Dave Camp for more than a decade. He also served as deputy chief of staff to Michigan Governor John Engler and has spent significant time working on congressional and presidential campaigns.
