Martin Hirshland was quoted in the Daily Journal article, "Judge gives young attorneys a lesson in decorum." The article highlights recently admitted attorneys mingling with top L.A. judges at a reception hosted by the Los Angeles County Bar Associations's Barristers/Young Attorneys Section.

In the article, Hirshland, who is the Section's assistant vice president of public relations, pointed out that the event was a great opportunity for younger attorneys to see judges outside of their roles on the bench. He would further state that it was a good way to foster a sense of community between attorneys and judges.
