Mark Chutkow Interviewed by NPR Following Whitmer Kidnapping Trial

Mark Chutkow sat down with NPR’s Morning Edition in the aftermath of the conviction of two men in the plot to abduct Governor Whitmer over her handling of the pandemic.

Following a mistrial in April which ended with no convictions, Chutkow praised the government for “[using] their time well between the trials to construct a stronger rebuttal against the defendant's entrapment defense.”
