National Media Cover Dykema's Victory in First Amendment Challenge at United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas

Several media outlets covered a recent United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas holding that Texas House Bill 1696 violates the First Amendment and permanently enjoined the Texas Department of Insurance from enforcing the law against Vision Service Plan (VSP) and its members. Dykema represented VSP in the case.
