Brooke is known for her exceptional legal writing and deep understanding of the appellate process. She specializes in translating complex legal and factual issues into clear, persuasive, and accessible legal briefing. Clients value Brooke's ability to master the facts and legal intricacies of their case quickly, her creative approach to framing arguments, and her engaging, reader-focused writing style. Whether navigating arcane procedural questions or novel legal theories, she brings clarity and impact to every written submission.

Brooke's legal career began as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Rebeca A. Huddle of the Supreme Court of Texas, where she honed her research and writing skills at the highest level of state appellate practice. That experience continues to inform her work, particularly in crafting appellate briefs and dispositive motions that resonate with her readers—judges. This experience also gave Brooke invaluable insight into the Texas judiciary.
