Brooke's legal career began as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Rebeca A. This experience also gave Brooke invaluable insight into the Texas judiciary.

A summa cum laude graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, Brooke was inducted into the Order of Barristers and the Order of Scribes in recognition of her advocacy and writing excellence. She won the 2021 Scribes Brief-Writing Award—beating out law students nationwide in what is considered the country's most prestigious legal writing competition.
