Overview of Succession Planning

Nazneen Hasan will serve as a featured speaker in the Institute of Continuing Legal Education’s 62^nd Annual Probate & Estate Planning Institute, taking place May 19-21, 2022, in Acme, Michigan. Hasan’s session, “Overview of Succession Planning,” will cover shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, and operating agreements, as well as transferring businesses to the next generation. Her session will be on May 21, 2022.
