Recent FLSA Developments and Compliance 2025: The Latest News from the DOL and How to Avoid Common Compliance Pitfalls

This webinar will highlight some of the key changes to FLSA regulations and enforcement initiatives that have occurred over the past few months (and there have been many) and what they mean for employers. The speakers also will review some of the more common mistakes employers too often inadvertently make triggering otherwise avoidable and significant liability.
