Jasper Mason presented “Regulatory and Legal Issues Relating to Federal Lands (Onshore and Offshore)” at the Institute for Energy Law 70th Annual Oil & Gas Law Conference on Thursday, February 21, 2019. This session focused on federal policy, regulation, enforcement, and litigation as to royalties, including shifting policies and regulatory schemes under the current administration and enforcement actions related to federal royalties.
