Dykema, a leading national law firm, announced today that Tamara Bush was selected to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Women of Influence: Attorneys 2023” list. The special section, which features a profile on Bush, was published in the Los Angeles Business Journal on April 17, 2023.

According to the Los Angeles Business Journal, the“Women of Influence: Attorneys 2023” list honors L.A.’s most influential women legal professionals. The women included in the issue have been recognized for exceptional legal skill and achievement across the full spectrum of responsibility, exemplary leadership as evidenced by the highest professional and ethical standards, and for contributions to the Los Angeles community at large.

Bush is the leader of Dykema’s nationally ranked product liability and class action litigation practice group. She represents clients in products liability matters, commercial disputes over contract performance, business torts, and trade secrets. Bush handles matters in federal and state courts across the country, both at the trial and appellate levels. She is a skilled litigation strategist, managing the defense of large-scale class, collective, and multidistrict actions involving high-value product liability, breach of warranty, and statutory claims.

Her experience includes is a substantial amount of work in the defense of product liability actions on behalf of manufacturers, distributors and/or designers of automobiles, trailers, forklifts, and other consumer products.

Outside of her practice, Bush has served as a member of Dykema’s Pro Bono Committee for more than a decade. She is also a member of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion committee, which recently worked to achieve Mansfield Rule 5.0 Certification Plus classification and has committed to continue participation in Mansfield 6.0.
