Crain's Detroit Business Talks to Elisa Lintemuth About COVID-19 Vaccine Mandates

Elisa Lintemuth, Grand Rapids-based Member in Dykema’s Labor and Employment Practice Group, was quoted in the Crain’s Detroit Business article, “Employers may be able to mandate COVID-19 vaccine, but will they?”.

In the article, Lintemuth said she expects EEOC guidelines, which were set in March, to change soon to allow vaccine mandates. She also cautioned that mandates may vary, depending on the political and ideological beliefs of employers, and that companies will try to work with employees who do not want to receive the vaccine. 

On Wednesday, Dec. 16, Lintemuth is set to co-host Dykema's complimentary webinar, "COVID-19 Vaccines: To Mandate or Not to Mandate?".
