Dalebroux to Participate in Panel Discussion at NIRI-Chicago February Session

Jeffrey M. Dalebroux, Director of Dykema’s Business Services Department, is one of the panelists at the February 13 meeting of the Chicago Chapter of the National Investor  Relations Institute (NIRI). In a discussion themed, “Merge & Purge: Understanding Deal IR Strategies,” Dalebroux and Chris Jakubik, VP-Investor Relations at Kraft Foods, will review the current M&A landscape and discuss how best to work with outside advisors when a company is involved in a merger or acquisition.

Dalebroux will share key findings from Dykema’s 8^th Annual M&A Outlook Survey, which the Firm fielded in late 2012.
